- Bathing suits
- Cover ups or shorts/tank or sundress that you can throw over your suit
- Tropical clothing - shorts, t shirts, tank tops
- Sundress for dinner but nothing fancy and shorts are also fine
- snorkel gear (we love this full face snorkel mask)
- Rash Guard for Snorkeling
- Reef safe sunscreen - this is the one we used here and in the Galapagos
- Sunscreen lip balm - I keep this in my beach bag all the time because sunburned lips are teh worst
- Sandals you can hike in like Tevas (mens) and (womens)
- A small cooler - we bought this small gecko brand one on St Thomas and it was a lifesaver
- Plastic grocery bags for wet gear (bring from home)
- Reusable Shopping bag (at one market you had to have your own) - I keep these in my suitcase all the time
- Bag you can carry to the beach (or use the reuseable shopper)
- Camping or gym towels - Here’s the ones we love that dry quickly and sand doesn’t stick in once they are dry
- Go pro or other underwater camera (I love the Olympus and Scott uses a GoPro) - check out his underwater camera guide here for more information and the links
- Reusable water bottle that keeps water cold - this is mine
- Ziplock bags for sandwiches - here's a great re-useable option
- Wet bag backpack - this is what Scott carried to the beach everyday with camera gear (he originally got them for the Galapagos)
